Six defining characteristics of Co-Active coaching:

1. The client chooses the coaching agenda

2. The client honors his/her own personal convictions

3. The client regards a magnificent life as leaving a lasting legacy

4. The coach champions the client’s agenda

5. The coach calls forth the client to live out his/her personal convictions

6. The coach confronts the client’s compromises

Thus: it is called Co-Active coaching ( a coaching partnership)

When to have a personal coach:

  • When wanting to make a major change personally or professionally.
  • When in a unplanned transition that is sapping your energy.
  • When you have a dream or goal you really want to achieve
  • If a fear or self doubt is holding you back from moving forward
  • When a difficult relationship keeps you from being your magnificent self.

Coaching Commitment:

To forward the action or further the learning.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is about bringing your future dreams, etc., into the present.

Coaching is trusting a professional coaching friend to be with you on the important journey into your future dreams, goals, and ambitions.  Your coach champions you: challenging, encouraging, inquiring, suggesting, and addressing the self doubt and fears that may sabotage you; and celebrating your successes all along the way.
